Who we are

Equip Support Services is a Victorian disability support service registered under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our head office is located in Hoppers Crossing and we serve both managed and self-managed NDIS participants in Wyndham and its surrounding areas. We are also a faith based not-for-profit organisation.

We provide a range of quality disability services designed to make a positive difference in the lives of those living with disabilities. Our goal is to make each of our participants’ lives easier, fairer and encourage more involvement throughout their community through our services.

We genuinely care for our participants. The heart of Equip Support Services is the value and respect we place on our participants and their families. In our care, you can rest knowing that you are valued, heard, respected and cared for as we work together to equip you for living.

Each of our participants is special to us as we work together with them and their carers towards achieving the best outcome in accordance with their NDIS plan. As our name suggests, we equip our participants for better living.
