About NDIS
The National Disability Insurance Scheme
NDIS is a government initiative that provides quality, nurturing and safe services and opportunities to those with disabilities across Australia. Registered NDIS providers concentrate on both the long and short-term wellbeing of participants, ensuring their unique situations are considered to deliver a tailored and respectful service.

Why NDIS is important
NDIS is for everyone; from those who have lived their lives with a disability to children who are struggling to adapt.
NDIS providers consider everyone’s unique circumstances to ensure the correct assistance and services are provided. Additionally, they seek to help and encourage their participants to partake in community activities and events — this includes organising shopping trips and assisting with employment opportunities. For children, there are a host of early childhood support services designed to make their situations and environment more comfortable and nurturing.
